James Shaw, the Vice President of Learning for KWRI, has spent the last year devoted to helping top agents thrive in this market. Since joining KW in 2005, he has served as a top-producing agent, an assistant team leader, a team leader of a KW market center, a BOLD Coach, a KW MAPS Coach, a Keller Williams University Master Faculty member, and a regional leader.
