Kimberly Falisec spent over a decade at the top of the real estate ladder, until there was nowhere left to climb.
And then she found Keller Williams.
“I had been the number one agent in my previous company for 11 of the 12 years I had been there, and I had reached a ceiling I couldn’t get past,” Falisec said. “And then Keller Williams started showing me new techniques, and how to run things more efficiently, and my business literally tripled.”
Falisec, a broker for Keller Williams Sunset Corridor in Hillsboro, was happy with the newfound success. But what’s kept her at the company is the culture, which she describes as a stimulating and collaborative environment conducive to learning.

It’s for that reason Keller Williams’ Xperience Brokerage Network has landed a spot in The Oregonian/OregonLive’s Top Workplaces for the third year in a row, Falisec said, and her colleagues agree.
“I believe that the mindshare, collaboration and growth-oriented culture has been such a blessing and really sets this company apart,” said Leslie Hilbert, Xperience general manager.
