Giving Back, Together: KW Sunset Corridor Celebrates RED Day 2026
Published May 21, 2026
Every year, Keller Williams agents across the country set aside their work for one very special day. Not to close deals, but to open their hearts. RED Day (Renew, Energize, and Donate) is our annual day of service, and this year the agents and leadership team at Keller Williams Sunset Corridor showed up in a big way.
On Thursday, May 14th, our team spread out across the community to serve three meaningful organizations, bringing energy, compassion, and a whole lot of elbow grease.

Where We Served
Bethanie’s Room – Emergency Women’s Shelter
1015 NW 17th Ave, Portland, OR 97209
Bethanie’s Room provides overnight emergency shelter for women in crisis, and our volunteers were there to help make that space feel a little more welcoming. The team pitched in with exterior beautification – weeding and planting fresh flowers – as well as interior cleaning, resetting beds, and organizing donations. It’s the kind of work that’s quietly powerful: creating dignity and order in a space where women come when they need it most.
Blanchet Farm – Recovery & Renewal
11750 Finn Hill Loop, Carlton, OR 97111
Nestled in the hills of Carlton, Blanchet Farm is a residential working farm that supports men in recovery from substance use disorders. Our volunteers headed out to help with gardening, weeding, and tending to planter boxes, contributing to the peaceful, purposeful environment that makes Blanchet Farm’s model so effective. There’s something fitting about agents who help people put down roots in a community, doing the same for a farm that helps people rebuild their lives.
Sandwiches for Blanchet House
1915 NE Stucki Ave Suite 250, Hillsboro, OR 97006
Back at the KW Sunset Corridor office, another group of volunteers gathered in the training room to build sandwiches for Blanchet House, the Portland organization that has served meals to those experiencing hunger and homelessness for over 75 years. Sometimes service looks like a hard hat and a garden trowel. Sometimes it looks like a lunch bag and a lot of heart.
