A LETTER FROM YOUR GENERAL MANAGER
As we move into May, there are a few key moments ahead that are more than just events on a calendar. They are opportunities to recommit to yourself, your business, and the impact you want to make.
On Thursday, May 14, we come together for RED Day, a day that reminds us who we are at our core. It’s easy to get caught up in production, transactions, and the day-to-day demands of this business. RED Day is our opportunity to pause, give back, and lead with contribution. When we show up for our communities, we strengthen the foundation of everything we do. This is not separate from your business. It is the heart of it.
At the same time, growth requires intention. The agents who win in any market are the ones who commit to mastering the fundamentals and executing consistently. That’s where Breakthrough 120 comes in. This course is designed to bring clarity and structure to the activities that drive results: your database, your conversations, your appointments, and ultimately, your contracts. Showing up to these sessions is about more than learning, it’s about holding yourself accountable to the standard you say you want.
And just a few days later, on May 19, we have the opportunity to expand even further at Clear for Takeoff in Seattle at the Museum of Flight. This is not another event filled with noise or surface-level tactics. It’s a space for real strategy, real systems, and real conversations about how to build a business that lasts no matter the market conditions. The environment you place yourself in matters, and being in the room with growth-minded agents and leaders can shift the trajectory of your business.
The common thread across all of these opportunities is simple: showing up.
Showing up when it would be easier to stay in your routine.
Showing up when you don’t have it all figured out.
Showing up because you’ve decided your business, and your future, are worth it.
No one builds a business by accident. It’s built through intentional decisions, consistent action, and the willingness to be in the right rooms, learning from the right people, and doing the work.
May is giving you multiple opportunities to do exactly that.
The question is: Will you show up?
