Xperience Brokerage Network Gives Back: RED Day 2026

Published May 21, 2026

Once a year, Keller Williams agents across the globe put down their lockboxes and pick up something else entirely: paintbrushes, garden tools, sandwich bags, hammers. It’s RED Day: Renew, Energize, and Donate. And on Thursday, May 14th, 2026, our Oregon market centers showed the world exactly what this network is made of.

From the Portland metro to the Oregon Coast to the valleys and high desert of Southern Oregon, XBN agents and leadership spent their day serving nonprofits, honoring first responders, building homes, and caring for neighbors. This wasn’t a corporate PR moment. It was real people, doing real work, for real communities they love.

Here’s a look at what each of our market centers accomplished.

KW Sunset Corridor – Portland Metro

The Sunset Corridor team served on three different fronts: beautifying and cleaning Bethanie’s Room, an emergency overnight shelter for women in Portland; tending gardens and planter boxes at Blanchet Farm, a recovery-focused residential farm in Carlton; and building sandwiches back at the office for Blanchet House, which has fed Portland’s most vulnerable residents for over 75 years.

A generous group of sponsors and a few incredible behind-the-scenes organizers made the day possible.

KW Capital City – Salem

The Capital City team partnered with Family Building Blocks to organize their pantry and clothing closet, sort diapers after a major donation drive, prepare items for an upcoming fundraiser, wash windows, and clean up the exterior grounds. It was a full day of the quiet, essential work that keeps a nonprofit running, and our team brought everything they had.

KW Eugene & Springfield – Lane County

The Eugene & Springfield office delivered one of the most comprehensive volunteer days in our network. At Arc Lane County, they painted and stained fences, washed 15 fleet vehicles, cleaned the pantry and Kids Kitchen, painted benches, striped sidewalks, landscaped the grounds, repaired cracked concrete, and more. An extraordinary effort for an extraordinary organization.

KW Southern Oregon – Medford, Klamath Falls & Roseburg

With three offices, KW Southern Oregon made three times the impact:

  • Medford revitalized the garden at Pathway Enterprises, clearing weeds, mowing, and creating a path for continued improvements.
  • Klamath Falls assembled and delivered care packages to local first responders – a heartfelt thank-you to those who serve their community every day.
  • Roseburg rolled up their sleeves on a new build for Habitat for Humanity, contributing skilled labor to a future family’s home.

What RED Day Means to Us

RED Day was founded in 2009 to honor former Keller Williams CEO Mo Anderson, and it has grown into one of the most meaningful traditions in our culture. Each May, agents around the world collectively contribute hundreds of thousands of volunteer hours to their communities. Not because they have to, but because they believe in something bigger than a commission check.

Keller Williams has always held that we are in the business of people. RED Day is the truest expression of that belief. These agents aren’t just selling homes, they’re invested in the neighborhoods, the families, and the futures of the communities they serve.

We’re incredibly proud of every volunteer across Xperience Brokerage Network and Keller Williams as a whole, who gave their Thursday to make someone else’s life a little better. You are the heart of this organization.
