Xperience Brokerage Network (XBN) has been named #1 in the Large Employers Category on The Oregonian’s 2026 Top Workplaces list, marking our seventh consecutive year of recognition. Top Workplaces honorees are determined entirely by employee feedback, gathered through an anonymous engagement survey that measures what matters most to the people doing the work every day.
What makes this milestone especially meaningful is who it comes from. This isn’t an award we could apply for or campaign for.
